1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online resellers Paddle.com and Creem.io. They are the Merchants of Record for our orders and handle all customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, and refunds. Purchases made through Paddle will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "PADDLE.NET* PDF2EPUB"; purchases made through Creem will appear as "CREEM* PDF2EPUB".
2. Refunds
All refund requests are processed in accordance with the respective payment platform's (Paddle or Creem) refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting our support team or the corresponding payment platform directly. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the respective platform's terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling your subscription prevents future billing, but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@pdf2epub.ai with the following information:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your Order ID or Invoice Number (provided by Paddle or Creem in your receipt email).
- A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our product).
We will review your request and work with the corresponding payment platform to process it promptly. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
